About EE Enterprises

EE Enterprises is led by James English, REHS, CP-FS, who brings over 25 years of experience in environmental health, food safety, and regulatory program management. Prior to retiring from public service, James served as an Environmental Health Specialist Supervisor with Northern Nevada Public Health, where he led complex programs, managed multidisciplinary teams, and worked directly with local and regional agencies on regulatory compliance, community development, and public health initiatives.

Throughout his career, James has overseen a wide range of environmental health programs, including food safety, land development, plan review, hazardous materials, waste management, and safe drinking water. He has extensive experience coordinating with agencies such as the City of Reno, City of Sparks, and Washoe County, providing guidance on permitting, regulatory requirements, and program implementation.

James is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, combining field-level experience with program leadership and strategic planning.

At EE Enterprises, James applies this experience to help businesses and agencies navigate regulatory systems, improve compliance, and build efficient, sustainable programs.
